Elizabeth (Liz) Bisi, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her masters and doctoral degrees from Seattle Pacific University after completing an APA accredited internship focused on integrated behavioral health at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. Dr. Bisi has extensive experience working within a variety of contexts, including private, community, and hospital-based outpatient treatment facilities.

 Dr. Bisi specializes in providing evidence-informed and strengths-based care to individuals from early childhood through adulthood. Within EPA, she provides counseling, assessment, and consultation services. Dr. Bisi’s theoretical approach prioritizes collaboration and tailors to individual need with integrations of cultural identity and various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Family Systems Therapy, Research Units in Behavioral Intervention (RUBI), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is also a certified provider for the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program.

 Dr. Bisi thoroughly enjoys sharing in the successes of her patients and actively works to create a safe therapeutic space as an LGBTQIA+ ally and culturally responsive provider.
