Dr. Anna Weinrank has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She works with Children, Adolescents, Adults and Couples.

Her areas of clinical focus are:

Dr. Weinrank's therapeutic approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, EMDR, Art/Sand Play Therapy, Sensory-Motor Psychotherapy, AEDP and Hypnotherapy.

Dr. Weinrank holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, child treatment centers and correctional facilities. She has presented domestically and internationally on the topics of complicated grief and trauma following a loss of a loved one to a traumatic death such as suicide. She is a Certified Trauma Professional.

She is a life long student of yoga, dance and mindfulness in its many forms. She incorporates mindfulness and body based approaches into her practice often.

Dr. Weinrank is a WA state approved Ethnic Minority Specialist and an Approved Supervisor in WA state. Her research focused on issues of immigration and acculturation. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Weinrank conducts evaluations for trauma and torture survivors seeking asylum in U.S. and is a volunteer with Health Right International whose focus is assisting torture survivors. She is fluent in Russian.
