Lynette Lewis, Psy.D. LMHCA

Dr. Lynette Lewis provides therapy services to adolescents, adults, couples and families. Dr. Lewis received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. She has over 10 years experience working in a variety of mental health settings, both inpatient and outpatient.

Dr. Lewis uses an integrative approach to therapy and believes in working collaboratively with her clients. She tailors the therapy to each individual's needs using elements from theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Object Relations. With couples she is influenced by both Family Systems Theory and the work of the Gottman Institute. She works to help clients identify ways to live more satisfying lives that are in line with their beliefs and values.
