Caley Hunston-Paap, Ph.D.

Dr. Hunston-Paap is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, CA. Her clinical training has focused on children, adolescents and families, particularly those in crisis and with trauma backgrounds. Her previous experience includes working with Children and Family Services providing therapeutic services to children and families with substantiated cases of abuse and neglect. Dr. Hunston Paap employs an evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral approach in her work with children and adolescents and incorporates principles from family systems, attachment and mindfulness-based theories. She takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach when working with youth and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression and reactions to stress, trauma and adjustment to life events. In addition to providing individual and family therapy, Dr. Hunston Paap provides psychological and cognitive assessments for children and adolescents.
